About me

I obtained my doctoral level qualification as a Clinical Psychologist from University College London (UCL). I have over eight years of experience working with evidence-based care in various clinical environments, including with adults and children, psychiatric and primary care settings. I have had the privilege of meeting people from different walks of life, from different cultures and linguistic backgrounds and with various levels of need for change. I strongly believe that every individual is unique and has the ability to overcome adversity in life.

I adapt my treatment method to your specific needs and goals. My experience and training covers a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but also 'third wave' CBT methods such as Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I offer a professional and empathetic approach to psychological assessment and treatment. The focus is on supporting you in your journey towards better mental health.

I am a member of several professional associations, including the Swedish Psychological Association, the National Board of Health and Welfare of Sweden (Socialstyrelsen) and England's Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). This means, among other things, that I follow the ethical frameworks that these professional bodies require, for example regarding record-keeping and confidentiality. I protect the client's privacy and follow the Data Protection Regulation - GDPR.

I provide psychotherapy in the following languages: English, Swedish, and Russian.
